By using this website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The English version is the governing version. If we update these terms, the version published on this page at the time of your booking applies.

Tour descriptions on this website describe the itinerary, included services and pricing as planned by our local team. Photos are representative and may not reflect the exact view, season or hotel of your travel date. Every reasonable effort is made to provide the services described.

Bookings are made through this website. Payment is due either by card (processed securely by Stripe) or by bank transfer, in which case a receipt must be uploaded for review before the booking is confirmed.

A booking is confirmed only after payment is received (or the transfer receipt is approved). Prices are shown per person in the currency displayed at the time of booking.

Our tiered cancellation and refund policy applies to all bookings. It is published on the Cancellation Policy page and summarised at the moment of booking. Non-refundable third-party costs, such as internal flights, are deducted in full regardless of when the cancellation occurs.

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, any required visas and sufficient travel insurance, and for arriving at the agreed meeting points on time.

Please inform us of any medical conditions or accessibility needs that may affect your participation, so we can advise whether the tour is suitable.

Our team may make reasonable changes to the itinerary if needed: for example weather, water levels, security guidance, opening times of sites, or operational requirements. In such cases we will aim to provide an equivalent or better experience.

We are not liable for delays, changes or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural events, strikes, flight changes or government restrictions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost holiday time, incidental expenses or loss of enjoyment.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

The content of this website, including texts, logos and images, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with the normal operation of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
